Well, Jason and I received word on Tuesday that our Prius had arrived. After a VERY LONG 20 week wait, we are now the proud owners of a new 2009 Toyota Prius. In fact, I drove to work today on very little gas (99.9 miles per gallon for most of the trip). It's amazing! Although being a one-car family can be difficult at times, it's worth it for the effect we'll have on the environment. Just another step towards making our environmental footprint a little lighter :)
